General info for all packages

All playhouses can be installed on ground level no accessories or at a height with accessories.

All playhouses are waterproof.

No gum poles – only square beams.

Installed in ground with metal anchors and concrete.

Industrial Pine.

Walls tongue & groove paneling 20mm.

Floors: 4 roundings 20mm.

Wood planed on all sides.

Roof: Asphalt Shingles Dark Grey on OSB Board, unless otherwise stated.

All windows are openable and have Perspex Glass.

All doors are openable.

Sealed and stained outside and inside in Timberlife Khunidip and/or Colordip. Standard colours only.

Some colours will differ from picture as other stains from different supplier were sometimes used.

DIY Installation

Can be delivered by our company if DIY installation. Delivery R 500.00 Johannesburg/Pretoria area only. Clients from outside Johannesburg/Pretoria area to arrange collection from workshop.

Installation by our team

Order can be delivered and installed by our team. Installation fee depends on the design ordered. R 1 850.00 max in Johannesburg/Pretoria area only. Installation price given below per design is for installation in Johannesburg/Pretoria only.
Outside these areas apart from installation fee, travel will also be charged for at R 5.50/km including all toll fees.

Extra items

Additional items can be added at an extra cost. Only available in Khunidip and Colordip. Standard colours only as per structure ordered.
